    VTG “Happy” Ceramic 6” Hand Painted Flower Cat Figurine.
    Cute 6” cat figurine that has been hand painted with blue highlights and flowers. He has green eyes with pink mouth, cheeks and hat! There is a red cold painted bow tie that the paint has worn off (pls see photos). Under his bow tie is a hole where there once was a bell or a chain?!?
    The bottom is stamped with 3418 and has the original “Made in Japan” foil sticker.
    There are no chips or cracks.
