    VINTAGE PAINTED BLACK CAT DESK ACCESSORY
    Adorable vintage hand painted redware figural reclining cat desk accessory measuring about 6-1/2" long. Featuring a playful black cat with sweet expression, back is mounted with a coiled envelope holder, there is a port in the back for inserting a pen or pencil and puss holds a small bowl within his paws - assuming for paper clips. Made in Japan, condition is very nice with no chips, cracks, hairlines, repairs, discoloration or damage other than a bit of paint loss around the red bowl and a touch of label residue on one paw. Whimsical and so sweet, kitty would be a charming addition to any home, collection, or display!
