This item is part of a collection of Nikon and Nikon related items that is not with us anymore. Although my camera knowledge is limited, along with a money back guarantee on the items, I will disclose what I know:
The owner was an engineer by trade, and photography hobbyist in his free time.  I mention that he was an engineer, because it showed in everything he did and owned. Being meticulous in his work and things that he owned, but be an accurate statement, if not an understatement. He cared for everything with precision and great care, and this definitely included his camera equipment.
That being said, I cannot personally attest to testing each item prior to listing, but he was still using the equipment in 2020. I will describe the items to the best of my ability and note any flaws (honestly, I don't see any flaws or damage in any of the equipment).
