Rare Schneider Super Symmar XL 110mm f5.6 Aspheric MC 105º (covers 8x10) *PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION*.
This lens is in ugly condition. I purchased it in 2017 from CatLabs and they accurately described the cosmetic issues with this lens, but they also said they had shot with the lens and received amazing results (as this lens does) and could not detect any issues even under extreme inspection of detail. I have experienced the same thing - as bad as the lens looks - it still performs admirably.
The lens has cosmetic issues: 1) The rear cell rim is dented. 2) Both the front and rear elements have 1-2 small nicks. 3) There is haze internally.  Despite these flaws, I have not found that they affect image quality. Please see sample image taken with 4x5 camera.
As everyone familiar with this lens knows, it is legendary and has massive coverage. I sold my view camera thus I am selling this lens. Includes retaining ring and front and rear caps. It is priced low because of it's physical condition, not because of how it performs.
