I checked the item at the professional camera shop in JAPAN.
So don't worry about the condition.

There is so tiny dust inside the lens, but of course it dose not affect the photos.
There is no balsam separation.
There is no fog on inside of the lens.
There is a mold mark on the middle ball. It does not affect the shooting.
The lens coating on the lens surface has partially deteriorated.
