You are looking at the lovely, elegant Princess House Handblown Handcut 2 piece vase.  This vase was a Hostess Only Item and is very rare.
The inside piece measures 8 1/2" high. The outside piece measures 9 7/8" tall and 5 3/4" diameter at the top rim..
The Princess House Heritage Pattern is handcut on the each side of the outer vase.
As a former Princess House Consultant, I love the Heritage flower pattern.
The vase
has never been used and comes in the original Box.  It has no chips, cracks or scratches.
