, a manual screw-mount lens
made from 1959-93 by KMZ
(Krasnogorsk Optical Works) in Russia.  It was produced for
KMZ's Zenit and other SLR M42 mount cameras such as Praktica, Pentax, Contax, Fujica, Olympus, Yashica and Voigtlander Bessaflex.
The Industar-50 is derived from the
Zeiss Tessar
4-element lens.
