HESS - WILCO 1986 tanker truck

For your consideration, I have a Brand New 1986 tanker toy truck from WILCO. I stated Brand New because there are no signs of this truck being displayed, played with or even out of the box. Very rare to find. All inserts are present, box shows very little shelf wear, nice and bright white.
