    In researching this pie plate it has a wonderful history.
    It has an award winning design that shows the beauty in functional every day items.
    Hill Design Pie Plate Ibis Porcelain 1979 Natkiel Brown Bag. Creamy white with Ibis pattern. Designed in 1979 by Paul & Lucy Natkiel, this porcelain pie plate has been recognized repeatedly for design excellence.
    It won Best in Show at the 1980 New Hampshire Craft Biennial and was included in the 50th Anniversary Show of the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen at the Smithsonian. It was selected for inclusion in the American Porcelain Show at the Renwick Gallery of the National Museum of American Art and is part of the National Collection.
    This pie plate reflects the artists' belief that things we work with on an every day basis should be beautiful and satisfying to use. Plate is 10-1/2" in diameter and 2" tall.
    Plate is heavy with no chips or cracks.
