1968 Vintage Hess Hess Tanker Truck and Trailer With Original Box No Hose.
I took as many significant pictures as possible. The lights work, but you have to push down on the battery compartment to do so.
Please ask whatever questions you might have and I will do my best to answer you.
Apparently I am also missing the ladder and mirrors, which I don't have. Thanks to everyone who is letting me know things.
