1968 Hess Tanker Truck in Reproduction Box

Description

This vintage Hess Truck has been restored.  It is definitely a 68 because of the darker color green, the square battery door feet and the lack of rivets on the switch box.  The lights were repaired and all four now work.  The trucks decals are in good condition but I did have to replace both “HESS” decals and the rear decal. The stack, mirrors , hose and larger filter were replaced with good reproductions.
The box is a reproduction that has a professionally made bottom insert in it. Hess did not include a battery card in 1968.
