This new bulb is a replacement for the original bulb put into the front of the Hess 1964 Tanker. The bulb is the same shape as the original bulb and fits nicely in the cab.
It’s been tested with 1.5 volt DC D cell battery and works fine.  As one of the pictures shows, it screws
Into socket under the cab.
