    Description

    This note features the vignette of “Fort Moultrie” in the upper center of the note. A portrait of Robert Hayne is at the lower left corner and a portrait of Langdon Cheves is at the lower right corner. A “Red Four” is printed on the obverse and shows through on the reverse. The printers names,
    “Bald,
    Adams, & Co”
    and
    “Bald, Cousland, & Co”
    are along the bottom. The note is almost fully framed except the lower right side is cut close. Two tight cut cancels, two very small pinholes, and one small hole in the "D" of Dollars.
